  • You're not alone! Most people have never hired a chef before! You can start by filling out the contact form and providing a bit of info about what your needs are. Chef Zoe will walk you gently through the rest of the process.

  • Chef Zoe has a degree in culinary arts from the International Culinary Center, a BA from Bowdoin College, and 8 years of professional experience in food service working in fine dining, catering, and owning a private chef business. Her 15+ years of personal experience iving with special diets and professional experience working with clients with chronic conditions make Chef Zoe uniquely qualified to customize menus to your family's dietary needs...and prepare a multitude of worldly cuisines to your liking. 

  • Great question! Chef Zoe meets with all clients virtually in the initial stages of onboarding. This is a great time to talk through any concerns you have about hiring a chef.

  • Skipping 1 week is no charge. If you’ll be out of town for more than 1 week, you are welcome to book a pantry clean-out, refer services to a friend, or have me come to stock your fridge for when you’re back. Most clients opt to have me come even when they’re gone so their fridges and freezers are filled with homemade food upon their return.

  • A typical menu consists of 2 breakfast dishes, 2 lunch dishes, 2 snacks, and 3 dinner dishes, each with multiple servings to cover your family for 5-7 days. You will receive a menu after service with eating/re-heating tips, instructions, and ingredients per your request.

  • No, you do not! I just need entrance to your home and kitchen.

  • Absolutely. With enough notice, I offer complimentary grocery stocking for your favorite items.

  • Yes. I offer one trial service prior to formal onboarding.

  • Chef Zoe is happy to cook kids' meals. Just make sure you mention that you're looking for this in your inquiry.
